Session downloads provided by Multiliminal are downloads in the ‘MP3’ format and have a minimum bit rate of 128 Kbit/sec.

Payments

You can pay for downloads using the payment methods made available in the online store. In some cases, transaction fees are charged due to the relatively high costs associated with paying small amounts over the Internet. This is clearly indicated in advance for each product. There is no right of return on digital downloadable products. Cancellation of orders already completed and downloaded by the customer is not possible for this reason. Calculated transaction costs correspond exactly to the costs incurred to settle the transaction amount with the chosen payment method.

Minimum system requirements

If your system does not meet the minimum system requirements below, we cannot guarantee that downloads from Multiliminal will work on your device:

• Intel Pentium III or higher
• 256 MB internal memory or higher
• At least 1 GB of free hard drive space
• Windows 95, 98, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 or higher
• 16 bit sound card or better
• Windows Media Player version 10 or higher
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
• A portable player for audio downloads must meet the SDMI standard and support MP3 files (128 kbit, 192 kbit and 256 kbit)
• A fast Internet connection is recommended but not necessary

You must meet all of the following requirements to download from Multiliminal:

• You may only use downloads as established in the usage rights (see below).
• You must have agreed to the terms and conditions and be familiar with the minimum system requirements for downloads on Multiliminal.

Usage rights in general

Downloads are not sold but sublicensed per end user. This is regardless of the use of terms such as “buy,” “sell,” “purchase,” “order,” etc.. Your sublicense on a digital download is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and limited to 1 person.

Usage rights hypnosis downloads

You may:

• 5 keer downloaden (voor het geval je de downloads verliest of op meerdere afspelers wilt gebruiken)
• Ongelimiteerd afspelen op je computer(s), mobiele telefoon, iPhone, iPod, iPad of ander voor MP3 geschikt afspeelapparaat.
• 10 keer op CD branden met Windows Media Speler versie 10 voor persoonlijk, niet commercieel, gebruik.
• 10 keer overzetten naar een geschikte draagbare speler.
• Onbeperkt opslaan op een ander opslag medium bij wijze van backup (Let op: je mag geen backups maken van je licenties)
• Download each purchase 5 times. (in case you lose the downloads or want to use them on multiple players)
• Play the downloads unlimited times on your  device.
• Burn 10 times to CD using Windows Media Player version 10 for personal, non-commercial, use.
• Transfer 10 times to an appropriate portable player.

Unauthorized use of downloads

• You may not reverse engineer, alter or circumvent copy protection or usage restriction systems applicable to downloads.
• No downloads may be re-digitized.
• It is not allowed to create “derivative works” by modifying the downloads.
• It is not permitted to use the downloads in combination with third-party content (for example, as sound for a movie or for images for a video clip or other sound files).
• It is not permitted to commercially exploit downloads (including those bundled with, or transferred to, hardware).
• It is not allowed to store downloads on another storage medium for playback on other hardware.
• It is not allowed to offer downloads free or paid to third parties.

Voorwaarden gesteld aan het sublicenseren van downloads aan u

Je dient eerst Microsoft Windows Media Player, minimaal versie 10 te installeren en er wordt tegelijk met je downloads Digital Rights Management (“DRM”) software op je computer geïnstalleerd teneinde het beperken van het gebruik van downloads mogelijk te maken zoals vermeld onder gebruiksrechten. Eveneens dienen er één of meerdere Windows Media codecs geïnstalleerd te worden voor het decoderen van downloads. Dit gebeurt gewoonlijk samen met de installatie van Windows Media Player. Trancewerk behoudt zich het recht voor om te allen tijde, zonder dit eerst te melden, de software die benodigd is voor het downloaden, gebruiken en het beperken van de gebruiksrechten van downloads, te wijzigen. De snelheid waarmee je een download kunt downloaden wordt grotendeels bepaald door de snelheid van je eigen internetverbinding. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor alle kosten voortkomend uit het gebruik van je internetverbinding.
