Give others and yourself a fairer chance, by stopping to be judgmental!
Judgement is difficult to avoid. We all face judgement from time to time. Others judge you and you judge others.
We live in an era where it’s all too easy to be insensitive and ignorant to others.
We’re constantly multitasking and keeping up with our social-media persona. All of this can lead us to look down on people and make presumptions about them.
From others telling you, you’re wearing the wrong clothes, or not speaking well enough, to co-workers judging you for how you do things and even self-judgement.
Have you come to realize that sometimes you draw negative conclusions too quickly and therefore judge people or things without giving them a fair chance?
As a matter of fact, judgement disconnects you from people or even yourself. By judging, you create separation between you and what you judge.
The biggest problem is that judging is a very nasty bad habit. You do it all the time automatically. And you probably don’t even realize it’s a bad habit. You just do it and you think it’s okay. But it’s not okay.
Because at the end of the day, judgment actually creates more problems than it solves. So the best thing you can do is removing this bad habit from your mind.
